The battery module consists of 25.6V/180AH, 2-parallel and 8-series,with tab and voltage/temperature sensor cables, laser welding.The battery module is equipped with the acquisition module BMU of the BMS, which is used for the acquisition of parameters such as voltage and temperature of the module, and has functions such as equalization.
The entire energy storage system is composed of battery system (including multi-level master-slave control, high voltage box, rack, battery pack, etc.), combiner cabinet, PCS, automatic fire protection system, and temperature control system.The customozied energy storage battery system, from the cell to the battery array, adopts a modular integrated design. The battery system uses a 3-level BMS control architecture and provides highly reliable battery balancing methods, safety management methods, and thermal management methods.
