Aluminum Fluorocarbon Coating Profiles  is a high-quality process which involves thinly applying wet paint to aluminium extrusions via electrostatic spray to form a film which is further heated to polymerise and cure the coating. Fluorocarbon (PVDF) uses a 2-coat or 3-coat system where the electrostatic spray gun applies liquid paint two or three times onto the profile.
