Mould Order Procedure

1. Receive inquiries from customers

2. Customers offer samples or 2D/3D drawings and some details about the mold

3. Confirm the order (quality , price , material , delivery time , payment terms etc.)

4. Prepare the production according to customer's requirements

5. Customer confirms the details of the mold

6. Surface shaping, drill holes , high speed carve machine ,wire cutting , EDM, etc.

7. Arrange the mould test and send the samples to customers

8. Repair according to customer's requirements, polish , texture

9. Send samples to customers again for confirming

10. Delivery by sea or by air ,etc
