LM4L linear motion bearing consists of an outer cylinder, ball retainer, balls and two end rings. The ball retainer which holds balls in the recirculating trucks in held inside the outer cylinder by end rings. These parts are assembled to optimize their required function. The outer cylinder is maitained sufficient hardness by heat treatment, therefore it ensure the bushings protected travel life and satisfactory durability. The ball retainer of LM4L linear motion bearing is made from steel or resin.
LM...LUU series Linear Ball Bearing Slide Block Units are complementary to linear ball bearings. They usually consist of a light-weight, aluminum housing to provide high strength and stiffness. Compact design with High load carrying capacity, Linear Motion Bearing Unit is a rolling friction supporting element that usually used for linear motion mechanical parts with small friction. Coordinate with Linear Motion Shaft, recirculating balls provide unlimited stroke at low friction movement, permit temperature within 80 degree Celsius. It is great for 3D printer, CNC, and other applications.
