A2: Sure, sample is welcomed, while the sample's fare and freight at your cost.

For specific products, please consult with inquiry.We can supply samples at a cost of twice the selling price. If you place an order, the sample fee will be refunded.

Q3: What is your MOQ ?

A3:Minimum order quantity of different non-products is different.

Q4: How long is the sample lead time?

A4: For existing samples, it takes 10~15 days.

Q5: How long is the production lead time?

A5: Decide the delivery date of the product according to the quantity ordered,About 45-55 days.

Q6: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

A6: We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG or PDF,etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

Q7: How many colors are available?

A7: Any color can be provided as long as the color palette you need is provided to us.

Q8: Which kinds of certificate would you have?

A8: Product Patent Certificate. Local certificate of safety standards.

Q10: How can I place the order?

A10: Firstly, confirm PI and pay deposit,then we will arrange sample and massive production. After finished production, pls. pay the balance before shipment. Then delivery the goods.
