EverExceed smart Precision cabinet is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of modern data center power distribution systems. It offers a wide range of cabinet structure. The cabinet adopts high-strength profile structure, front and rear mesh doors and supports the static load capacity of the cabinet up to 2000 KG. The whole machine room is double-layer design, high level of protection and safety, all the internal switches are segmented zoning design wiring, users can realize fast and convenint connection and convenient maintenance. It will also faciitate future expansion and allocation. The door is  equipped with tight sealing tape, so that the cabinet is more quiet, the appearance of high environmental protection electros tatic powers and electrical configurations. The intelligent monitoring system adopts distibuted control mode, which can achieve real-time monitoring of the running state, rapid operation and real-time protection.

Cabinet structure: Standard 19-inch server (network) cabinet design, new installation technology which is sold and reliable, easy to operate, easy to maintain & flexible expandable. The design is consistent with parallel ca binets, beautiful atmosphere; front and rear mesh door design, good ventilation & more appro priate layout.


Human-machine interface: The front door panel is equipped with color touch screen display options in Chinese and English, which makes users more convenient and more intuitive to manage and monitor the power data.


Communication management: It can collect all energy data comprehensively, provide accurate electric quantity parameter information and upload it to background monitoring system through remote communication (RS 485 1 MODBUS communication protocol). Centralized real-time monitoring of the entire system and provide reliable guarantee of the operation.


Monitoring system: It adopts high-performance monitoring device, powerful data acquisition unit and superior performance system management software to effectively manage the distribution system. It can monitor the power parameter information of 2 power supply intakes and up to 128 feeder loops. Voltage, current, power, power factor, apparent power rate, zero sequence current, zero ground voltage, frequency, quantity of electricity, voltage/current harmonics of the main input line including (optional) and the voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency of the branch feeder loop. The power data such as electricity data (optional) can display the branch current trend chart and bar chart (optional). In addition, the switch data acquisition module can monitor the switching status in real time and effectively monitor the data center equipment room to ensure the safe operation of the power supply system.


Power supply system: The main components are selected from international famous brands (or user specified brands). According to the actual needs of users tailored to provide personalized, high flexibility, high reliability & complete distribution system solutions. Two independent systems can be configured. Main input circuit can be configured with one,two and STS input. Feeder branch can be equipped with up to 128 common 1 P circuit breakers, or choose hot-swappable distribution design. The hot swappable power distribution design respectively selects the internationally famous brand "Schneider phase modulation hot swappable power distribution module". "ABB Hot Swappable phase modulation power distribution module", and the domestic famous brand "Intelligent phase modulation Hot Swappable power distribution module". Hot-swappable power distribution design can expand the output loop capacity of the system under the condition of continuous power, fault repair and three-phase balance adjustment for load. Lightning protection can choose Level B or Level C. 


Warning function: With 2 level of threshold alarm setting effectively prevent misoperation; Provide effective risk warning, alarm settings for overvoltage, undervoltage,phase loss, overload, three-phase imbalance, input frequency overload, transformer over temperature, lightning arrester failure, branch circuit current overload, etc., and set appropriate delay for alarm, to avoid the load input peak or zero alarm. Alarm records include real-time alarms and historical alarms to help you analyze fault causes and prevent faults.
