Q1: What is your MOQ ?

A1:Minimum order quantity differentiate among products to products. For specific products, please consult with inquiry. 

Q2: How long is the sample lead time?

A2: For existing samples, it takes approx. 20 - 30 days.

Q3: How long is the production lead time?

A3:Depnding on the quantity ordered. Roughtly 45-65 days.

Q4: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

A4: We have our own designer team in house . So you can provide JPG or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.

Q5: What is your payment term?

A5: Firstly, confirm PI and pay deposit,then we will arrange sample and massive production. After finished production, pls. pay the balance before shipment. Then delivery the goods.
