  Surface Treatment	Characteristics
  Anodized	1. Film thickness 10-25um. 2. High corrosion resistance,high weather resistance and good wear resistance.  3. Strong coating adhesion suitable for construction and industrial applications.
  Electrophoresis	1. High hardness coating up to 3H hardness,strong coating adhension  2. Higher corrosion resistance,weather resistance and alkali resistance than anodized alunimun profiles  3. Smooth and colorful surface,polished finished.
  Powder coated	1. Uniform color.  2. High hardness of coating and strong adhension.  3. High corrosion,weatherability,heat resistance,alkli and impact resistance.
  Fluoro-carbon coated	1 .Tested under actual and simulated conditions,the materials possess lifspan over 20 years.  2. The smooth surface prevents settlement of dirt and is easily cleaned.  3. With excellent adhension properties and hardness,Fluora-carbon materials could be applied by spraying,brushing or rolling.  4. Solid,metallice,peral and other special colors with various gloss levels could be incorporated,subject to the designer's imaginations.  5.Works well in temperatures between -50°C~+150°C，Certain series could work between -250°C~+250°C,with rapid temperature change of 300°C.
  Wood Grain	1. Smooth surface appearance. 2. High hardness of coating and impact resistance.  3. High corrosion resistance,weather,heat,and alkli resistance.  4. New generation decorative material which produces a natural apperance.

Q1:Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?

Re: Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team, to make custom products according to clients' drawings.

Q2: Will my drawing be safe after you get it?

Re: Yes, we will not release your design to any third party unless with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing if you need.

Q3: Is it different surface treatment, the same price?

Re: No, normally the price of the plating is higher than the anodic oxidation. The price will be quoted as per client's specific requirement.

Q4. If I choose plating process, all color can do?

Re:No, plating process with current technology can't be all color. However several hot-sale conventional color is available, such as: black, white, gray, silver, gold, etc. As clients require.

Q5:How to visit your factory?

Re: Welcome to our factory, we can pick you up from SHANGHAI Airport or the Hotels if you want.
