Battery Installation:

To insert the batteries, follow the steps below:

1. Remove the battery cover in the bottom of the device.

2. Insert the 3 supplied 1.5V AAA (alkaline type LR6) batteries. Make sure that the batteries are inserted with the correct polarity. Do not use rechargeable batteries.

3. Close the battery cover carefully.

Proper Use:

The illuminated mirror can be used for daily skin care and makeup. The mirror has one standard side and one with 10X magnification. It can be simply rotated from one side to the other as required.

A1:Minimum order quantity of different non-products is different. For specific products, please consult with inquiry. We can supply samples at a cost of twice the selling price. If you place an order, the sample fee will be refunded.

Q2: How long is the sample lead time?

A2: For existing samples, it takes 20 days.

Q3: How long is the production lead time?

A3: Decide the delivery date of the product according to the quantity ordered,About 45-55 days.

Q4: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

A4: We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

Q5: How many colors are available?

A5: Any color can be provided as long as the color palette you need is provided to us.

Q6: Which kinds of certificate would you have?

A6: Product Patent Certificate. Local certificate of safety standards.

Q7: What is your payment term?

A7: Firstly, confirm PI and pay deposit,then we will arrange sample and massive production. After finished production, pls. pay the balance before shipment. Then delivery the goods.
